Like a lot of folks, I have been around firearms most of my life. When I took my original class for my Conceald Handgun License in 1999, there were MANY questions unanswered. I received my license and started pursuing knowledge and training about self defense with my handgun and without. I bring a lot of this information to the CHCL class to better enhance your knowledge.
I have been an NRA Certified Instructor since 2001 with certification to teach:
-Basic Pistol Instruction
-Self Defense with Handgun
Certified Arkansas Conceal Handgun Carry Licensed Instructor (02-415) since 2002. I enjoy what I do very much, take my instruction very seriously and am learning more all the time, to help me and you.
I train with Gabe Suarez  from Suarez Int’l. and, at this time, have received certificates in:
-Force on Force training (Self Defense Gun Fighting)
-Gun fighting from a vehicle
-Gun vs. knife
-Basic Knife training
  My goal is to help you be a safe and responsible gun owner, to acquire the level of shooting ability and/or self protection with a firearm that you are comfortable with, and to help prepare you in mind and thought process to do what could be necessary to protect yourself, your loved ones or a perfect stranger in need.
INSTRUCTION  PROVIDED
ARKANSAS CONCEAL HANDGUN CARRY LICENSING CLASS
Take a State Police approved class to receive a license that allows you to carry a concealed handgun in Arkansas and 32 more states! Class is $90 paid in advance (see contact page for info on this) or $100 on the day of the class. State fee is $144.25 and is NOT needed the day of class. All paperwork, handouts and fingerprinting provided! You will need a pistol (doesn't have to be your own and I prefer you bring a caliber other than .22), a minimum of 20 rounds ammunition and your Ar. drivers license.

FORCE ON FORCE: SELF DEFENSE GUNFIGHTING CLASS  : $250
This is a high speed-low drag advanced course designed to enhance and fine tune your ability in a SHTF gunfight. This is a 2 day class that is hands on...no class room setting. A very controlled training set! You will be expected to know gun safety rules, principals and practices!! I will cover safety aspects as we progress but I don't expect to need to go over every part of gun safety with you. This coarse is designed for the civillian but ALL are welcome. The question is NOT who needs this class, but who doesn't need this class. You deserve it! Invest in yourself.

Day 1...Arisoft pistols. We learn what to do and how to train with these against adversaries.
Day 2... Live fire. Using the information learned day 1, we transfer to targets, slowing the fighting down a bit for safety reasons, but find out how easy the movements are with training. This day you will need 200-300 rounds of ammo.





NRA BASIC PISTOL TRAINING
This is an NRA Certification Class where you will learn about gun safety, proper shooting techniques, including grip, stance, sight alignment, body and shooting control.
